Troy Smith
Founder | Principal Landman Troy Smith has served the oil and gas exploration, transportation, and production business for over 16 years as a Landman. During this time, he has also served the water, electric, solar, wind, and AI sectors furnishing title reports and acquiring easements, mineral interest and site locations.
Troy received his Master’s in Business Administration from Colorado State University he is also a member of the AAPL and DAPL.
Hermes Olivas
Company Manager Hermes has worked with Pioneer for over 8 years, helping to manage permitting, easement acquisition and title projects for our clients. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Energy Management from Colorado Mesa University.
